The 2024 CASA Red Shoe Gala is coming up! Help us continue our mission of advocacy for children in foster care! Enjoy your evening with fabulous food, cash bar, and basket raffles, and learn about the important work of CASA in our community! Dress is fun cocktail attire, and of course, your favorite red shoes, from Converse to heels! For the children in foster care in our county, there’s no place like home!
Join CASA of Lackawanna County at our annual Gala, on Friday, October 18, 2024, from 6 – 9 pm at La Buona Vita in Dunmore, PA.
There are several ways to get involved; you can join us as a guest, be an event sponsor, make a gift, or donate an item or service for our basket raffle. By partnering with us as a sponsor, you will not only support our vital work, but also gain valuable publicity for your business or organization. Your sponsorship will be recognized in event materials, on our website and social media platforms, as well as verbal acknowledgment during the event. Additionally, you will receive complimentary tickets for your team and a framed certificate of support for your organization.
Funds raised through the Red Shoe Gala will support our mission to recruit and train volunteers who provide a voice for a child so that they do not become lost in an overburdened child welfare system.
Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Lackawanna’s dedicated volunteers work in collaboration with the Juvenile Court to represent the needs of children in foster care who need a voice.
Your tax-deductible support will directly impact the lives of abused and neglected children in our county, ensuring that they have an opportunity to thrive in a safe, permanent home.
